Adult Addictions Program
This is an out patient treatment program for men and women addicted to alcohol and/or other mood altering chemicals.

Family Member Program
This program offers education, crisis support and counselling to adults whose lives have been affected by chemical dependence in the family.

Chemical Dependency - The Family Spiral
This program is for spouses, partners, parents and adult children of adults with addiction problems or anyone else who wants to learn more about chemical dependency and its effects. Teens age 16 and over can benefit from attending.

Family of Origin Program
This program is an advanced personal awareness and personal growth group specifically for adults who were children from dysfunctional backgrounds and who want to address some continuing issues.

Ontario Works Addiction
This program is an initiative of the City of Ottawa, Employment and Financial Assistance Branch. Rideauwood is one of 3 community addiction agencies selected to provide prompt service to Ontario Works clients whose employment potential may be impeded by a substance abuse problem.

Drug Treatment Court
The Ottawa Drug Treatment Court (DTC) is a court specially designed to deal with non-violent, repeat offenders who are addicted to drugs. Participants receive intensive treatment tailored to their particular needs while appearing in Court twice weekly.

Concurrent Disorders
The Canadian Mental Health Association partners with community addiction agencies to provide addiction focused treatment services for their clients who are homeless and have both substance abuse and mental health issues.

Relapse Prevention
These groups are open to men and women of all ages who have completed a structured treatment program within the last year and are willing to attend group regularly to work on their issues of relapse prevention and avoidance.

The Facilitators:
This service is provided by Pat Delahunty, International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counsellor (ICADC). He has 20 years of experience working with addicted clients.
