If you are calling regarding admittance into a Rideauwood program, or are calling to gather information on our programs for someone you know, you must go through our Telephone Intake Screening.

Participants are briefly screened and either referred to a more appropriate facility or added to the waiting list for earliest possible admission into the program. Candidates are asked to check in by phone weekly to indicate continued interest and maintain their position on the waiting list. Every effort is made to move people into group as quickly as possible.

Please call 613-724-4881 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday and leave a message for intake services. The receptionist will tell you how soon you can expect to receive a call back.
